GlobalCorp Capital facilitates and manages the process of the opening of Letters of credit on behalf of its clientele, and continues the ongoing management of the letter of credit process throughout the period for which a transaction may occur.
The services offered have facilitated excellent relationships between the clients of GlobalCorp Capital and their overseas suppliers, thus allowing the growth of certain business segments which companies would otherwise not have the ability to pursue. This past year GlobalCorp Capital and its Partners have opened hundreds of Letters of Credit on behalf of clients based in North America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
GlobalCorp Capital is a negotiator, developer and facilitator of funding for two major target markets. This included the public and private sector initiatives. The combined resources of GlobalCorp share owners and their association with a private International Investment bank and other European banks expose GlobalCorp to decades of banking, commercial services and financial backing. It is driven by the core principle that for any program or development to be sustainable, it should preferably possess all the elements of integration.
Public Sector Funding
Most of the funding occurs in the public sector and this typically uses a PPP (Public Private Partnership) structure. GlobalCorp assumes the role as the facilitator and implementer between the funding partner and a government - the institution ultimately responsible for the completion and implementation of the project.
GlobalCorp is acutely aware that the success and sustainability of a governments’ regional or specific development program is determined by the fact that the opportunity should be linked to a credible capital funder have the resources to implement it. Access to hard currency loans, restructuring of sovereign debt and transferable skills effectively turns socio economic capital projects into sustainable and viable development opportunities enhancing the growth of a country and region.
Private Sector Funding
Our process effectively turns private projects into profitable and sustainable business entities. As with the public sector, the success and sustainability of an entrepreneurs’ project is determined by the fact that the opportunity should be linked to a credible capital funder and resources to implement it.
GLobalCorp will source funding for the development of, but not limited to, greenfield projects, commercial projects, the acquisition of the land for development, rezoned for residential and / or commercial use, and the provision of the infrastructure, (roads and municipal services) required.
Our international funding partners are uniquely positioned and possess vast array and substantial corporate resources and services from most commerce disciplines to assist and advise a project leader requiring funding for projects.
