GlobalCorp Capital was established in South Africa in 1995. The firm’s work is introductory and structural: identifying a credible funding path, shaping the transaction, and staying with the process from first conversation through implementation.
Mandates cover the public and private sectors. In the public sector, the firm acts as facilitator between a funding partner and the institution responsible for delivery, including public-private structures. In the private sector, the work covers greenfield and commercial projects, land and infrastructure requirements, and the capital needed to take a plan from paper to an operating business.

Executive Chairman and President
Nissim Mordechai Makor is an international businessman, entrepreneur, and Founder and Executive Chairman of GlobalCorp Capital, established in South Africa in 1995. With over 30 years of experience in international business, capital raising, structured finance, and project development, he focuses on connecting investors, financial institutions, and global investment opportunities.
Vladislav Voitsekhovich
Chief Executive Officer Designate
Vladislav Voitsekhovich is Chief Executive Officer of GlobalCorp Capital. He holds degrees from Moscow State University, the University of Illinois, and London Business School. He is a visionary and an expert in treasury, cross-border payments and settlements infrastructure, and an architect of wholesale and PSP payment solutions and trade finance. Vlad built from scratch two scheduled banks in India and Russia and launched several account-to-account, consumer-to-consumer, and consumer-to-business payment products.
